Terms of the condition of Refer a Friend program.
- Only new customers can be referred to this program. New customer means the customer that does not join our Apprentice program before or purchased any new license from us before. If the customer joined our program before or purchase any license from us before and stop using our Expert Advisor for a while, this is not considered a new customer.
- A customer that was referred by someone else before does not consider a new customer.
- Criteria for Successful Referral
- Apprentice Program – It is considered successful when the new customer opens a new account under our referral link and deposit money.
- Purchase of License – It is considered successful when the new customer purchase a license from us.
- This refer-a-friend program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- All referrals must be done through this referral form for our records and tracking purpose.
Rewards
For every successful referral, we will email you to inform you about the successful referral. All the referrals will be recorded in our records. The reward that you will get is an additional period of license when you renew the license. You can request to get the reward when you renew the license with us and you can accumulate the number of referrals and only claim it when you want to.
