The next FOMC Meeting and FOMC economic projections will be held on 15 Dec 2021.
Since both Fed Chairman Jerome Powell and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said in interviews last week that the inflation is no longer “transitory”, the forex market, commodities market, and the stock market had become extremely volatile.
Hence, the upcoming FOMC meeting will be the focus of all markets. There are some analysts who have predicted the US Fed might double the power of bond tapering and even some mentioned that there might be an interest rate hike that is a lot earlier than the market expected.
High volatility would be expected for next week and any surprise to the market might have an unexpected impact on the market too.
